Les Jardins de la Comtesse’s love of the great outdoors began when, as a child, the owner spent many happy times with her grandmother cooking dishes for memorable family picnics in a beautiful countryside setting. The family crest of a tree has adorned the family since 1395 and represents their long love for an outdoor way of life.
 
The picnic baskets, picnicware and picnic accessories designed by Les Jardins de la Comtesse are traditional, chic and romantic and made of the best willow wicker available, perfect for countryside picnics with friends and family. 
 
The brand, launched in 2011, aims to embrace French Art De Vivre, which translates as "the art of living is first and foremost about eating well".
